Review, update and analyze all existing documents on the coastal bays and lagoons of Binhdinh province.

Investigate the principal natural, environmental and ecological factors, assessment of some main resources at Quinhon region, Thinai lagoon during dry season (May and June).

Collection of documents, additional investigation of status of water and land exploitation and use, planning and economic orientations at studied region.

Calculation, statistics on the hydrological fields, dynamics, forecast some natural risk processes at the studied region.

Zoning of dynamical factors, hydrology, natural risk, functional zoning with suitable scale for studied region by GIS method, for serving management, exploitation and use.

Propose the orientations of planning, management, reasonable exploitation and use, and measures of environmental and resources protection in the study region.
