USEFUL INFORMATION
Nhatrang is the provincial city of Khanh Hoa province with a population of about 330.000. It lies on the coast of South China Sea with a 6 km-long fine sand beach. There are many nearby islands, coral reefs and beaches well protected and favorable for diving in Nhatrang bay. Nature has given Nhatrang a moderate tropical climate with an average temperature of about 260C. Winter and strong storms seldom find their way to come here and Nhatrang is suitable for year-round tourism. In September, the air temperature is about 27,50c and the water temperature is 270c.
In 2003, Nhatrang bay is accepted as the 29th member of the Club of the Most Beautiful Bays in the World. This is not only the honour to Khanh Hoa province, but to the whole country as well. However, this also presents new challenges for the provincial government and citizen as well as the scientists to protect this beautiful marine landscape and environment, so that we can maintain this noble title forever for Nhatrang bay.
Hotels of international standard as well as Vietnamese guesthouses are avalaible here with the best seafood speciality for you.
