Recovering successfully mangroves, effective management of mangroves and seagrass beds at Thuy Trieu lagoon for biodiversity conservation, environmental protection and tourism development with participating of enterprises, local authorities and communities.

- Additional investigation on ecosystems of mangroves and seagrass beds, present management and use in Thuy Trieu lagoon.
- Implementing 2 models of mangroves recovery at Thuy Trieu lagoon with participating of related parties (local authorities, communities and enterprises)
- Formulating regulations on management of mangroves and seagrass beds at Thuy Trieu lagoon with participating of related parties
- Activities of mangroves and seagrass beds management at Thuy Trieu lagoon.
- Suggesting solutions for extension of recovery and management of mangroves and seagrass beds at Khanh Hoa.

- Model of mangroves recovery on degenerated shrimp farming areas at the top of Thuy Trieu lagoon with participating of local authorities and communities, total area: 03ha
- Model of mangrove recovery on the west littoral area of Thuy Trieu lagoon belongs to Cam Thanh Bac commune (at the back of Khanh Hoa Sugar enterprise) with participating of the enterprise, total area: 0.5ha
- 30ha of seagrass beds managed in term of economy and environment
